Could anyone tell me exactly what i have to do to get married in my local courthouse?

i was needing info on a quick easy way to get married in lenoir north carolina! we want something simple and fast now cause i will be leaving for kuwait feb 5th and we decided to married b4 i leave we was going to wait till march 15th for a nice wedding but someone please help me!
