Is this a good scientific explanation for what God is?

Science is a means of explaining observed phenomena; this is only in this context in which science exists. There can be no scientific explanation for something that hasn't been observed. You can no more have a scientific explanation for God than you can have a scientific explanation for invisible purple unicorns. You can make up an explanation for the claimed properties of such a being, but it would most certainly not be scientific. To form any legitimate scientific theory, you need evidence to back your claims.
