Whether should i do job or Mtech?

My Self Jaydeep Patil. Currently i am working at MNC in engineering department. As my GET period ends in next month, my company will not absorb me. So now i am confused??? What should i Do? Whether should i find the Job or do MTech? Also i am not getting a good Job by this one year experience. So i have to look for small scale & Medium scale Ind.(not getting Good MNC). And my other option is do the cl of 6 Months for GATE preparation & try for MTech. pl give me guidance...............I want one Godfather to give the way to success.
