People--how do you feel about cosmetic plastic surgery?

i think plastic surgery is pathetic and vain. unless youve been in an accident or were born with an extreme deformity or something, then i guess it would be okay. but for those who just want giant , giant lips and expessionless faces, i say that they are stupid and vain and that they should age gracefully. no amount of plastic surgery will keep you face wrinkle free, and nice large chested for your entire old age
