Is any business dominated by a particular ethnicity?

Is there any trustworthy data concerning the dominance of a particular ethnicity over any particular industry? Does anyone actually have data to show that, for instance, Muslims own all the gas stations or Jews the media? Is there any statistic at all (from a reliable academic source) which reveals the dominance of any non-Caucasian people over a business sector?
