How to prepare for a fight this week?

Yea meditation can probably be good for a fight also work on your techniques to keep your skills fresh. Try and keep a clear mind to preform at your best. I would probably do a little bit of light sparring and the day before the fight rest and meditate you may need it. Just go out there and kick . Good luck out there. I've got a boxing match coming up so ill take my own advice
