Way to check last modified on PowerPoint?

My teacher gave us a project but I didn't present last cl. I wanted to change some stuff, so she said she is going to check last modified. So if we change something we get a zero. She is the only teacher that would think of that...GEEZ give a kidd a brake. (Not BREAK litteraly BRAKE) lol just kidding.
