2 little worms in toilet...ewww helP?

i woke up this morning to go the bathroom (the toilet was flushed) and i saw 2 small dark brown/black worms at the bottom of the toilet. where could they have come from? i am feeding...if this came from me should i stop? and should i be concerned for my childs health? (she is 11months and dosnt use the toilet..but i just mean bc im feeding)thanks
