Can u tell the difference between isoforms and alleles?

Alleles are DNA sequences that code for the same gene, but have DNA sequence differences. Isoforms deal specifically with different forms of proteins. The proteins can come from the same allele (DNA sequence) but are put together differently, either in the mRNA stage or in the protein stage.
